NOW WHEN YOU ARE IN GREAT SHAPE AFTER 10 MONTH OF HARD WORK OUTS YOU ONLY NEED TO MAINTAN YOUR BODY SHAPE AND GET BETTER FITNESS AND STAMINA. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO TO THE GYM ONLY THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR CIRCUIT WORK OUT I CALL POWER CARDIO. EACH CIRCUIT CONTEINS NINE EXERCISES, IT MEANS THAT YOU GO FROM EXERCISE 1 TO 9 WITHOUT BREAK, REST FOR 2 MINUTES AND REPETE THEM 4 TIMES. IF YOUR GOAL IS HIGHER PLEASE REPETE THE WHOLE YEAR PROGRAMME AGAIN.
