THIS IS TRIPLE SET SYSTEM IT MEANS THAT YOU PERFORM THREE EXERCISES IN ROW WITHOUT BREAK AND AFTER THAT YOU HAVE BREAK IT GOES LIKE THAT: FROM DUMBBELL PRESS SEATED TO BARBELL CURLS STANDING TO FRENCH PRESS (SCULL CRASHES) LYING WITH EZ BAR BREAK FOR TWO MINUTES AND AGAIN UNTILL YOU HAVE DONE THREE TRIPLE SETS AND GO ON TO THE NEXT THREE TRIPLE SETS. THIS IS THE LAST HARD ONE BUT AFTER IT YOU SHOULD BE IN GREAT SHAPE.
